Snowy Owls

Have you managed to see any of the new Designer Boutique Festive stamp release from Creative Expressions?

Today I am sharing a card made using 3 cute Snowy Owls.

To make this I first stamped the Owls, stamped again to make a mask, the stamped the branch. I then stamped the snowflakes with white embossing powder and coloured the background with Next I cut the branch and layered onto a piece double sided adhesive sheet covered with Aurora Diamond Frost glitter.

I coloured another sheet of card an cut out a circle aperture, coloured with a stencil (using Violet Haze), and edged again using Violet Haze to give different depths of colour.

I assembled the card and cut hexagon border using double sided adhesive (previously adhered to card). This was then adhered to the card and the other layer of the sheet removed and the sane glitter added. The sentiment from the same stamp set was heat embossed with white embossing powder and small amounts of glitter added to the owls.

Owl Love You

Have you managed to catch the latest Designer Boutique from Creative Expressions. This card was made using the From Owl of Us stamp set which has such a cute Owl and lots of add ons.

To make this one I stamped the Owl on cardstock and coloured in. Next I took another piece of cardstock and using one of my favourite stencils Weeping Willow and different greens and blacks made a scene to have a tree with the owl peeking through.

Next I cut a circle aperture and a border using the Noble Pierced Circle Dies Set A and B then assembled the card.

OWL Love you

Don’t you just love these cute Owls, friends sitting together in the moonlight.

To make this I used the MFT Forever and Always stamps, coloured with copic pens. The background I used a small circle mask and distress oxides. This was all layered onto a brick wall, which I made using my embossing folder. The sentiment was from the Forever and Always stamp set.
