White Christmas

Todays card share is made using another stamp from the recently release Jane Doodles Winter Town stamp collection from Creative Expressions.

To make this card I stamped and coloured the row of houses, trees, snowman and street lights from the White Christmas collection, coloured and fussy cut. There are no lights on as everyone is out playing in the snow and it is now too expensive to leave lights burning when no on is in.

I then created the background , leaving a blank section below which I tore to make a street. I then did the same with another white piece of card to make the other half of the path and added a slightly different shade of white for the middle of the path. I then added glue to the two edges of the torn card and adhered silver gilding flakes to add sparkle and shine.

The sentiment was stamped, and then the card was assembled by adhering all the layers and stamped images. Finally Snow was added to the card to make the White Christmas.
